Men's XCEL Paddling Shorts w/ 3/0.5mm Padded Seat

Xcel's shorts are all about comfort. The front and side panels are made with .5mm neoprene for complete flexiblity while the seat area is padded with 3mm neoprene for paddling comfort. The waist has a draw string for a customized fit. The seams are a durable flatlock stitch.
