Returns & Exchanges
We have an easy Return & Exchange policy: You DO NOT need to contact us before returning a product. Simply package the item(s) up neatly to avoid creasing or damage, fill out and include the return form (located on the back of your receipt), and mail it all back to us using the carrier of your choice. If you wish to speak with someone, our wetsuit experts are here to help answer any questions you may have. We can help you find the right wetsuit in the right size, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase - Holiday Note: Orders placed after Nov 1 may be returned for refund/exchange until Jan 31.
Returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival here at our warehouse. They MUST be in brand new re-sellable condition with tags. Wetsuit Wearhouse has the right to reject returned goods and send them back to the customer if they're deemed unacceptable, damaged, used, soiled, dirty, etc.
Once a product hits the water, it's yours, so be sure to try it on before getting wet!
Customers pay return shipping. If you send your item back for an exchange, we will ship the exchange order for free. *International customers pay all shipping fees associated with their order, including return and exchange shipping. Wetsuit Wearhouse is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a service with tracking and consider insurance.
